Standard Rules For Promotions

1. ELIGIBILITY: Must be a Rewards Club® member and at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older to participate in The Casino at Nemacolin promotions (hereinafter the “promotions”). Employees of The Casino at Nemacolin, its related companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, immediate family members of employees of The Casino at Nemacolin that are directly involved in the execution of the promotional event, and all persons listed on any Pennsylvania or The Casino at Nemacolin (“TCN”) Exclusion and/or Self Exclusion list(s) are ineligible to participate. Immediate family members are defined as a spouse, brother, sister, father, mother, child, or grandparent. Must have a valid, acceptable form of identification. Acceptable forms of identification include valid state-issued driver’s license, valid state-issued photo identification card, valid passport, or Green Card. Expired identification is defined as invalid and will not be accepted. No other form of identification will be accepted.

 

2. STANDARD RULES: TCN promotions are open to all TCN Rewards Club® members unless otherwise noted in promotional rule submissions; TCN additionally reserves all rights to operate and execute private and invited events or promotions based on a specific criterion of its choice at its discretion. TCN is not responsible for any player tracking system malfunctions or failures; TCN reserves the right to execute the promotion, select winners or print valid entries through an alternate random method or reschedule the drawing to another available time or date. The winner(s) are responsible for all associated licensing, fees and taxes. TCN reserves the right to award bonus entries via advertising, direct mail or other promotional means. TCN may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud or violation of promotional rules or other misconduct related to the promotion or otherwise. If unforeseen and unavoidable technical difficulties occur such as power outages, promotional kiosk malfunctions, etc.

3. PRIZES; CLAIMING: Winning eligible and invited Rewards Club® members must claim their prize within the allotted time frame specified in each promotional rule submission. Hosts, Players Club associates, Slot attendants (or above), Floor Supervisors (or above) or a designated marketing employee may verify winners within the allotted promotional time frame if the winner cannot reasonably claim the prize at the designated promotional area within the allotted time frame; appropriate timeframe to be determined by the designated marketing or player development employee. For cash prizes or prize items cumulatively valued at over $600 in a calendar year, guests will receive an IRS W9 form in the mail. Refer to internal control 465a.7 for additional details relating to promotional prizes and procedures.

 

4. LIMITATIONS: Free Play, Direct Bet, dining credits, and discretionary offers are non-cashable. Rewards Club® members may win more than one prize per day. Winnings generated from Free Play can be cashed out. Promotions and offers are only available during TCN’s hours of operation. Free Play offers are only redeemable at TCN. Rewards Club® members are solely responsible for ensuring that their name, address, and contact information in TCN’s database are accurate. TCN assumes no liability for incorrect information in the database, incorrect mail, failure to pick up mail, or any consequential damages arising therefrom including, but not limited to, forfeiture of offer. TCN is not responsible for lost, stolen or misused cards, comps or cash-related offers. No purchase necessary. Prizes are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the named account holder. Only official entries will be accepted, no reproductions will be allowed

5. PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the promotion, you grant TCN, its representatives, assignees, and transferees the right to photograph and/or take video of you. You further authorize the use of your likeness or image for print and/or video, with or without your name, for publicity, illustration, advertising and Web content to promote TCN as they see fit. Contestants further agree that they will not receive any compensation for the use of their likeness or image described above. Names and likenesses of promotional winners(s) may be used by TCN for promotional purposes and without further compensation.

 

6. MODIFICATIONS & REGULATORY APPROVAL: TCN is the host and sole judge of the promotion and awarding of prizes and reserves the right to change or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice to eligible Rewards Club® members. Management reserves all rights to change, cancel, modify the promotion or drawing with prior notification to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Any dispute or situation not covered by the Standard Rules will be resolved by TCN management in a manner deemed to be the fairest to all concerned; that decision shall be final and binding to all contestants. All promotional offers are subject to regulatory approval.

Rules for Featured Promotions

  • 1099 Slot Tournament

    Tuesday, April 15

    Earning Period: 9:00am- 6:45pm

    Play Period: 4:00pm-7:00pm

    1. All CN Rewards Club members who earn 500 points toward their Tier Score during the promotional time frame will be eligible to swipe at a promotional kiosk to print out a redemption slip and participate in the slot tournament.
    2. Guests may only participate in the slot tournament once per promotional period and must show ID and redemption slip to the rewards club to be entered.
    3. Sessions will last 1 minute, with the goal of getting the highest score possible in that time frame.
    4. Players scores will be automatically uploaded via the TournEvent software.
    5. Each guest may only play once during the promotional play period.
    6. Guests may only participate in the tournament with their own Rewards Club card. If any guests is found to be participating for another guest, they will be disqualified from the tournament.
    7. The player with the highest score at the end of the tournament will be the winner.
    8. The grand prize will be $1,099 in cash.
    9. Guests must be present to win, if the guest is not here, the player with the next highest score will be called in their place.
    10. All applicable documentation will be submitted to revenue audit for verification.
  • Baseball Home Opener Watch Party

    Friday, April 4

    Earning Period: 9am-7:00pm

    Drawing at 7:00pm

    1. All CN Rewards Club members who earn 400 points toward their Tier Score during the promotional time frame will be eligible to swipe at a promotional kiosk to print out an entry slip to be entered into the drawing.
    2. Limited to one entry per guest.
    3. Five winning tickets will be drawn from the drawing drum for the following prizes:
    4. Two tickets to a home game
    5. Jersey + Hat
    6. T-Shirt + Hat + $25 Free Play
    7. Hat + Pint Glass + $25 Free Play

  • Puck Drop

    Wednesdays in April from 3:00pm – 7:00pm

    Earning Period: Every Wednesday from 9:00am-7:00pm

    In addition to Standard Rules for Promotions:

    1. CN Rewards Club Members receive one free entry at The Casino at Nemacolin per day during the promotional time frame.
    2. CN Rewards Club Members earn one additional entry with every 50 points earned toward their Tier Score playing slot machines or every 15 minutes played at a table game starting at 9:00am on April 2nd.
    3. CN Rewards Club Members will continue to receive entries in the above described manner throughout the duration of the promotion unless otherwise noted below.
    4. During the weekly drawings 5 non-guaranteed winners will be drawn every hour on the hour during the promotional time frame to play our Puck Drop game.
    5. Guests are only eligible to win once per drawing day.
    6. The maximum Free Play prize will be $500.

    2. Gift cards will be available at the Host Office.
    3. Gift cards will be available while supplies last.
    4. There will be a minimum of 700 total gift cards.
    5. Only one redemption slip can be redeemed per person.
    6. The maximum amount available will be $125.
  • Gift Card Mania Earn and Get

    3. Hot seat winners will be selected via the floor scan application within the Oasis system.

    April 1-30, 2025

    In addition to Standard Rules for Promotions:

    1. Offers may include Giveaway items, Free Play, Dining Credits or Bonus Entries to Drawings.
    2. The Casino at Nemacolin will periodically participate in off-property events such as fairs, flea markets, picnics, parties etc.
    3. During these events, The Casino at Nemacolin will offer games such as a wheel spin or picking a hidden prize to win or will simply distribute Giveaway items, Free Play, Dining Credits or Entries to Drawings.
    4. All games are free to participate in. No purchase necessary.  Slot machine or table play is not required.
    5. All items will be provided to guests 21 and up.

Rules and Regulations

February and March 2025

In addition to Standard Rules for Promotions:

1. Membership is free.

2. Only 1 person permitted per Rewards Club membership and rewards are non-transferable.

3. Membership status is reviewed periodically. Woodlands Fayette, LLC reserves the right to adjust membership status for any reason.

4. Management reserves the right to edit or adjust memberships and points at any time subject to applicable state gaming laws.

5. Management reserves the right to revoke or deny membership if the individual has not complied with the program in any manner inclusive of the rules or as a result of any misuse of the Rewards Club card and programs or any associated Woodlands Fayette, LLC player card programs.

6. To accumulate points on slots or video poker, the Rewards Club card must be inserted in the machine. If the card is removed prior to earning 1 point, the countdown will restart. To accumulate points on table games the Rewards Club card must be presented to a table game supervisor.

7. It is the guest’s responsibility to properly insert his/her Rewards Club card into the slot machine when playing or to submit it to the table games supervisor prior to commencing play at a table game.

8. Rated slot and table games play will be eligible to receive Tier Score based on play.

9. Rated slot and table games play will be eligible to receive reward points based on play.

10. Tier score points are not redeemable. Redemption of Reward Points does not affect Tier Score.

11. Rated Slots and Table games players will earn comps based on play. Redemption of comps does not affect Tier Score.

12. Rewards Club member’s tier level is determined by tier score earned during a 12-month time frame.*

Blackjack Tournament

All dates in 2025

1. ELIGIBILITY: Must be a Rewards Club® member and at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older to participate in The Casino at Nemacolin $25,000 Blackjack tournament (hereinafter the “tournament”).

Employees of The Casino at Nemacolin. its related companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, immediate family members of employees of The Casino at Nemacolin that are directly involved in the execution of the tournament event, and all persons listed on any Pennsylvania or The Casino at Nemacolin (“TCN”) Exclusion and/or Self Exclusion list(s) are ineligible to participate. Immediate family members are defined as a spouse, brother, sister, father, mother, child, or grandparent. Must have a valid, acceptable form of identification. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid state-issued driver’s license, valid state-issued photo identification card, or valid passport. Expired identification is defined as invalid and will not be accepted. No other form of identification will be accepted.

 

To be eligible for the $25,000 Blackjack tournament, Rewards Club® members must buy-in for $100 or be invited at the discretion of the Player Development department.

 

2. RULES: Invited Rewards Club® members will register and buy-in for $100 between 5PM-6:30PM in the Rewards Club, with the first session beginning at 6PM, where they will receive a slip containing a table and seat number. The Player Development department may issue complimentary buy-ins at their discretion. A minimum of eighteen (18) players must register and participate, up to a max of two hundred and forty (240) players. A max of six (6) players may be assigned to one of three (3) Blackjack tables that will run concurrently in each session until all participants have played. The Casino at Nemacolin and the total buy-in amount will seed the prize pool for a total of $25,000 Cash. Each player will receive $1,000 in tournament chips and must play a minimum of $25 per hand and must play a total of eighteen (18) hands before their score is recorded. Scores are placed on the scoreboard in descending order (highest to lowest score) per Session. Rebuys and side bets are not permitted.

 

Cash winners will be escorted to the cage by a marketing team member to claim their prize at Player Services. Cash winners must be present to be paid out their cash prize. Dealer gratuity will be paid out to the participating dealers in accordance with The Casino at Nemacolin’s tip procedures.

 

4. LIMITATIONS: Rewards Club® members are solely responsible for ensuring that their name, address, and

contact information in The Casino at Nemacolin database are accurate. The Casino at Nemacolin assumes no liability for incorrect information in the database, incorrect mail, failure to pick up mail, or any consequential damages arising therefrom including, but not limited to, forfeiture of offer. No purchase necessary. The prizes are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the named account holder.

 

5. PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the tournament, you grant The Casino at Nemacolin, its representatives, assignees, and transferees the right to photograph and/or take video of you. You further authorize the use of your likeness or image for print and/or video, with or without your name, for publicity, illustration, advertising and Web content to promote The Casino at Nemacolin as they see fit. Contestants further agree that they will not receive any compensation for the use of their likeness or image described above. Names and likenesses of tournament winners(s) may be used by The Casino at Nemacolin for tournament purposes and without further compensation.

6. TCN is the host and sole judge of the tournament and awarding of prizes and reserves the right to change or terminate the tournament at any time without notice. All tournament offers are subject to regulatory approval.

The tournament will run in three (3) Sessions; the top eighteen (18) winners from Session 1 will move to Session 2; the top six (6) winners from Session 2 will move to the Final Round. The final round will consist of six (6)

participants; the winners will be declared in descending order (highest to lowest score) after the Final Round is complete.

 

In the event of a tie in any Session, tied players will bet three (3) hands at a minimum of $25 per hand and the resulting scores will break the tie and determine the order of the winners on the scoreboard. Players are not permitted to leave their table during an active Session – doing so will forfeit the player from the tournament. In the event a player moves on to the next Session and does not report to the Session within five (5) minutes of being called, they will forfeit their place in the tournament and the next highest score will take their place.

 

3. PRIZES; CLAIMING: Based upon review of the Final Round scoreboard, the winners will be declared in order of highest to lowest score. The highest score will be declared the 1st place winner along with the remaining five (5)

winners in descending order. All six (6) participants will win a percentage of the seeded prize pool as outlined:

1st Place: $17,000 Cash

2nd Place: $3,000 Cash

3rd Place: $2,000 Cash

4th Place: $1,000 Cash

5th Place: $1,000 Cash

6th Place: $1,000 Cash

 

Cash winners will be escorted to the cage by a marketing team member to claim their prize at Player Services. Cash winners must be present to be paid out their cash prize. Dealer gratuity will be paid out to the participating dealers in accordance with The Casino at Nemacolin’s tip procedures.
